The practice of Interpreted Interview

The term 'interview' refers t a whole range of face-to-face situations where interpreting takes place; for example, any professional/client interview; doctor/patient consultation, parent/teacher meetings, public service user/proovder interviews, business individual or team negotiations etc. (Liaison Interpreting : 41)

We would like to present about interpreted interview in health world. Here I take Interpretation the gab between doctor and patient. In this case commonly interpreter is needed while the doctor and the patient have different language. 

Here Ilham Febrianto as Dr Warsito P Taruno discoverer brain cancer healer equipment, he is a cancer expert from Indonesia. He could not speak English well, so he needs an interpreter who understands about English for Science and Technology. There is Rahayu Nur Hayati as Rahayu, she is an interpreter who will help Dr Warsito to bridge him with his patient. And there is Septiani Wulandari as Septiani, she is British tourist (from London). She is suffer brain cancer. 

One day Septiani she was ill, then she decided to come to the Dr Warsito's Clinic to check up.

D: Halo Septiani. Selamat Pagi. Apakabar hari ini.

I : Hello Septiani. Good morning. How are you today?

S: Morning. Not so bad.

D : Ya langsung saja kita mulai. Apa masalahnya dan apa yang kamu rasakan?

I : Baik dok. OK staight to the examination, Septiani tell me about your problem what do you feel?

S : I got headache, and almost fever in the night, I feel dreadfully ill.

I : Saya mengalami sakit kepala dan hampir setiap malam demam, dia merasa begitu kesakitan.

D : Baik, saya periksa dulu dan ambil sample darah anda.

I : Alright, I would check you first, and then I would like to take your blood sample.

S : Ok dokter, it doesn't matter.
I : Baik, tidak apa-apa.

After the doctor have check Septiani, then the doctor and the interpreter ask permission to leave the room.

D : Ok, saya periksa dulu sample darahnya, sekarang kamu harus anda istirahat yang banyak.

I  : Alright, I will take a research for your blood first. Now you must take a bed rest.

D : Hasil diagnosa dan hasil labolatorium anda terkena kanker otak. Mungkin itu disebabkan karena radiasi dari hp, laptop, dsb. Nama radiasinya adalah ultraviolet, ionisasi dan radikal bebas dan bisa akibat makan yang tidak teratur. Solusinya, sebaiknya anda menghindari hal yang telah disebutkan tadi. Banyak-banyaklah istirahat untuk proses pemulihan dan minum air putih yang banyak. Kamu juga harus melakukan radioterapi secara rutin dan memakai CTech agar dapat sembuh total.

I : Alright  Septiani, Doctor has concluded that you suffer brain cancer.

S : Oh, no. How Poor I am.

I : It happens might because of some radiation from hand phone, laptop, etc. The radiation name are ultraviolet or UV, ionization, and free radical or same causes because of meal that that doesn't frequently consume. The solution, you should avoid things that I have told before. Taking a bed rest for recovery process and drink pure water a lot. And also you should do radioteraphy frequently and you need to wear CTech in order to totally heal.

S : Oh, really  can I totally heal doctor?

I : Apakah benar saya dapat sembuh total dokter?

D : Ya benar, karena saya telah menemukan alat untuk menyembuhkan kanker otak. Dan saya sudah membuktikan kepada pasien-pasien saya.

I : Alright.  because I have found equipment to treat brain cancer. And I Have proved to my patient.

S : Thank you very much doctor, how kind you are.

I : Terimakasih banyak dokter, betapa baiknya engkau.

D : Oh ya, senang bisa membantu.

I : Yeah,  that is his pleasure.
